Still normal, its summer, your room got probably hotter too.

 

my cpu has been running hot lately 50C-60C idle and 70C-85C under load, are these normal temps when ambient temperature is 23C-28C?
CPU ryzen 5 2600x
Gpu gtx 1660 super

Oh, don't worry about it. That's perfectly fine. I would be concerned about 90+°C under load, but 80°C under load during summer are perfectly fine.

You could check if the heatsink isn't dusty. I've seen some full of dust right under the fan.

I mean I've seen coolers with a layer of dust. No air goes through.

This is easy to clean,

You could just blow on it for instance
