Overclocking usually doesn't lead to a broken computer. Check your monitor cable, maybe it got loose? What motherboard are you using? Reset your bios, let your ram default to its stock speed then enable XMP again.

The thing is I can’t reach bios, how do I reset the bios without display?

Unplug the PC, pull out the battery on the motherboard, wait a few minutes and put everything back.

Depends on what motherboard you have, some have an actual reset switch on the I/O, some have the CMOS jumper on the board itself, or just remove the bat. Do you use onboard graphics?

Since you not shared your model, check the manual on what it says.
But if you have turned on super fast boot, it might skip the thing where you can press a key to go into BIOS.
You will need an OS to tell it to go to BIOS.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

that is usually not long enough. my friend took the battery off for 10minutes. it was not enough. Then he kept it off overnight and then it worked.

@Perfectpolaryou can also reset bios via the cmos pins. You can google how to use the cmos pins on your mobo

Just means he had a PSU with big capacitor storage. 😉
You can (altho not adviced) hit the power button with the power unplugged to drain those capacitors faster so you dont have to wait overnight.
