Did the Red Komodo ruin the second hand market for RED cameras ?

Hi !
I do not plan to buy a Cinema Camera but looking for used photo and cinema gear i stumbled upon a RED Scarlett Dragon with a bunch of accesories for 6400€, a thousand euros more than a brand new RED Komodo and i got curious...

Is a Komodo a more sensible buy than those slightly older Dragon RED Cameras ?

Red Komodo is really hampered by the lack of high framerats for a "crash cam"


reds used pricing has been falling for a while.

 

I wouldn't buy ether, there are better options for most work.
