Does airflow in the case help in reducing the temperature of CPU if its already being liquid cooled?

I am talking just about the CPU temps and not any other component

If the fans attached to the radiator are sucking air in from outside then no. If the radiator fans are set up as an exhaust pulling air from inside the case through the rad and out then yes.
