What type of card i need to add more hard drives

Hello i want to have more hard drives, sas hard drives and i dont know what card should i get a hba card ? a raid card? i dont need nothing fancy just a card to connect hard drives to it and them appering on windows an be able to use them i dont need Raid.

I need them for sia.tech

You want a sas hba here. Search lsi hba on ebay and there are lots of options like the h200, 310, and the 9207-8i

 

 

Also your not making money from Sia, I have done a good amount of hosting, and its no where near profitable, and not really gorwing

You make very little value compared to the cost of the drive.

 

It also takes a while to fill the drive, and you need lots of storage + uptime + been online for a while to be a good host and get your space used.
