Recommendation on a 2070 laptop

I'm a soon to be college student and I'm in the process of looking for a high powered laptop for my computer related degree as well as some gaming on the side. I have a budget of up to around 1500 USD and as the title suggests, I would like something with a 2070 GPU or better for the sake of retaining some long term support. In addition, higher core count on the CPU for the propose of virtualization is valuable. I'm not attached to either AMD or Intel(I know that Intel is a lot more common on these systems). In regards to the display, high refresh rate over high resolution is best with no special interest in color accuracy(I'm not doing creative work or anything). If you think my money would be wasted on these kinds of specs, go right ahead and tell me along with a suggestion for another computer. All suggestions are valued. Please be nice, this is my first post on ltt's forums.
