Trying to find where a file saved too.

Ok, I have an  art app on my PC, the app has an option to save to device. I've saved it to my device, it is saved I can see it in the app. But have no idea where it has saved too, support for it is no existent, so cannot ask the dev. Is there anyway to find where the file has saved too without the name/file type? I've tried searching by date modified in the app's folder, documents, photos, local, local low and roaming and I cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

try looking at the recent files in quick access in file explorer.

You could also try using the "Everything" search software and sort by date to check all files that were created recently and try to find it.
