Display goes black for a few seconds

Hi, i bought a new display (an Asus Vg27aq) while gaming, working or browsing it works perfectly but if i go to websites like Netflix or Crunchyroll (Youtube works fine) it turn off and on for a few seconds... Is it normal?.
For Netflixs it happens when watching in chrome/opera but no with App/edge.
 

My setup is:
- I7 10700K

- 32GB RAM

- 970GTX
