hello im so stupid i have a virus and malwarebytes doesnt recognise it as a virus

if i try to delete the folder i cant so i open task manager kill it and delete the folder done right? wrong 5 secons later it opens so i go back to the parent derectory and its right there i repete it comes back....

how do i delete this?
i havent seen or noticed any malictios behavior i just cant delete the file so help is appritiated

It's not a virus, it's legitimate remote access software, likely installed by your sysadmin (or yourself at some point). Try uninstalling it from control panel.

It's part of the "news and events" push that came with a Win10 update, it can be turned off, but I don't think it can be uninstalled
