I have some problem with my new Rog Zephyrus G15 GA503

Hi guys, 
I have several problems with my new laptop. 
As mentioned in the title, the laptop is the Asus GA503. 

 

The first problem concerns the type-c port. I tried several time to connect my second monitor (AOC G2460PF) with the cable type-c to display port, but when I plug the cable in to the PC, this message appears: Display connection might be limited. Now on On the Asus website, I found that the type-c supports the display port connection and I don't know why but it doesn't work. 

 

The second problem concerns the monitor. This monitor is 144hz but when I use an HDMI cable that supports this frequency, the monitor goes only at 60hz. I tried everything In the last two and a half-hours: reinstalling the Nvidia and AMD driver,  resetting everything, upgrading all the driver, going in settings and advance settings, hoping that I could have been able to change there the frequency, but nothing at all... 

 

The third, and I hope the last problem, is the Nvidia control panel.
When I click the Nvidia control panel, the DISPLAY section does not appear and I don't know why.
