My dell Inspiron 3531 not turning on

Hi Linus,

      I am from India and I follow your YouTube channel from very long time now I need help.

 

      As mentioned above my dell Inspiron 15 laptop is dead. And this laptop has no fan in it. This design was implemented by dell before apple.

 

     Now I need your help to troubleshoot this laptop.  Kindly help me to solve the issue.

 

Note: I have attached the picture of the motherboard

there are other YouTubers more capable to help you like Louis Rossman, iPad Rehab, Paul Daniels and various others.

 

My guess is that you'll need one of them or refloat the CPU or the BGA chip on top right of picture 2
