Is the Fortron SP500-A 450W any good?

As the title says, is the Fortron SP500-A 450W any good? I currently have this i7 2600 hd5770 build which has been running very nicely on this Fortron SP500-A 450W PSU. I am building a new PC consisting of a i5 10400f and a RX 570 4gb, I am pretty sure the 450 will be enough but I am scared that the PSU might just fuck up my other components. It has no rating such as 80+ but it does have active PFC and I have heard that fortron PSU's are pretty decent. I am on a budget and I bought this psu pretty recently so I am not willing to buy a new one right now.

It's a very old unit and I would not feel safe reusing it for your current system.

 

I recommend you get a new psu form the psu tier list in either the A or B tier of 500w (or more).

This pretty much. A good old psu from back in the day eg a hx1000 would nowadays be a pretty horrible unit due to simply being so old and lacking all kinds of new advances. (this fortron one is not really reviewed and from what I can find I'd label it as ok for it's time at best)

hey so I looked a bit and found the Aerocool VX Plus 600W, what do you think about it?

EDIT: My bad, it is not on the A or B tier

It has been reviewed and is a psu that kills systems over time at a accelerated pace and fails under higher long time loads.
