New Cpu not working... /: Weird Post behavoir

Hello, i received my new Cpu today, its the ryzen 9 3900x, i am using it on the B450 Vdh Pro Max motherboard. 

I installed it and booted my Pc. In the bios it gets recognized correctly but when i try to boot into windows it gets really janky.

Sometimes it just enters a bootloop,

othertimes i get the automatic repair and then either a crash or bluescreen. It sais that in my system32 ntoskrnl.exe is not found or damaged.

I got it to boot 2 times in about a hundred times but it chrashed shortly afterwards.

 

Right now i have my 3 3200g in there and everything is fine, so i guess theres something wrong with the cpu.

 

I did install the newest Bios update. 

Is there anyway i can fix the issue or do you guys think that my cpu is bad (I want to add that i got it refurbished from amazone Warehouse) or not compatible( msi sais it would be compatible)
