Intel i5 4690K on Asus H81M2 no Boot

I  swaped my cpu too an 4690K but when i try too boot it up the fans spins the drive ramps up but no singal too monitor bios is up to date what can cause this?

IIRC, the 4690K is from a "refresh" of Haswell that needs a BIOS update to work. If you have a working CPU, update the BIOS to the most recent using it, then swap.

bios is up too date latest version from asus website

That board does support a 4690, but it needs a newer BIOS than other CPUs do on that board.

i looked it up on the asus website the list says compatible with bios update i updated the bios but no screen at all

What was your old CPU?

then why do you say its not compatibel when you read it and its on the list with bios update 

the old one works fine no problem
