How to controll fan speed

Hey, so I want to controll the speed of my front case fans depending on the game I'm playing without having to reboot into my bios to change the speed there. If I play Valorant for example I don't need to trun them up but if I want to switch to Apex my poor 1650 need a lot of air. I tried Smartfan, didnt work. Do you have any other software for me to use ? Thx
