Can I use an M.2 PCI and a PCI-Express (Add-In-Card) SSD at the same time?

Is it possible? I read somewhere you can only use one of them at a time.

M.2 isn't PCI...

But yes you can use as many PCI-e SSDs as you want as long as you've got enough available slots and they don't mutually disable each other (see mobo manual).
