asus rog zenith ii extreme alpha post error m.2_3

Hi

Just got a brand new Asus ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha with 3990X CPU.

I have three Seagate FireCuda 520 SSD 2TB M.2 (also new) drives connected to the two at the front of the board by the PCI-E connectors and one at the back of the motherboard.

However when I booted up the system for the first time i noticed a POST error about the M.2_3 drive (the one at the back of the motherboard), nothing explanatory just said POST error and the OLED display on the motherboard also just indicates POST error drive.

So I disassembled everything to get the motherboard out of the chassi to reach the drive at the back, took it out and put it in a external NVMe enclosure and the drive works fine.

Figuring I was probably sloppy when installing it the first time I re-assembled everything but only to be left with the same problem.

I updated the BIOS but no difference.

I really don't want to have to disassemble everything again, so does anyone have any thoughts on what may be causing the issue?
