How to stop vhs tape folding & how to stop swirling

I have 2 issues. 1st issue here 
2nd issue in second post
 
when i play my tape, it makes a weird flapping sound. 
when i open it i see this, creases and sides folding. 
i straighten it out, and it does same thing when i play again.
how can i stop this?

2ND ISSUE

Hi as u can see in the images, 

the tape has swirled round, you cant straightne it out. its hard to explain in text, but im sure you can see in the images.

Is it only happening with this vhs tape in particular? I think it might be a good idea to open your VCR and check what its doing while loading/ejecting the tape.

As for the tape twisting no idea how that happened but I think it needs to be opened and manually untwisted.

yeah only this tape particular, (1st issue)

it folds in half essentially where its creased when i click play..

I'd open the tape and peek inside, could have been spooled incorrectly idk.

You may have to manually go through the entire tape reel and fine if its been flipped at some point . Meaning the tape might be inside out on one of the spools.
