Does 5600x perform well on ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming motherboard?

I got a 3600x on B450-F gaming motherboard

it can not maintain a 165hz whole game in league of legends. 

do i need to upgrade to 5600x? kinda weird my question.

Oh i have a 3080 Eagle OC and 2 sticks of 8gb of 3066hz ram (cause 3200hz dont boot)
