Welcome to the Forum!

Its ok , a ryzen 3600 doesn't take much power even pairing it with 1650 450w should be enough if you are looking for a budget psu if you got some money and planning to upgrade in the future a 650-750w gold (efficiency) should be enough for everything

please suggest me power suppy how much i need and i also have msi 1650 oc graphic card

it is enough to have stock cpu cooler

Have you tried adding the components in that list to PC Part Picker?  It will give you a minimum in a box at the top, like this:

Add about 20% to that for headroom.

I frequently edit any posts you may quote; please check for anything I 'may' have added.

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

Don't forget to get a GOOD QUALITY psu.

So basically a b tier or better in the wattage you need/want from the psu tier list.

I know what you meant, i'm saying that when it comes to choosing a PSU, 80+ certification is nearly useless metric.
