Windows 10 "Just a moment" problem

My friend installed windows 10 from microsoft page.
After installation it just showed Just a moment and its restarting his pc for now around 1h so.
The only thing he get after restart is "why my pc restarted and some tips like to check internet connection" which we done.

Well, the other night we ran updates on my GF's laptop.  I5 6th gen, 16GB, SSD....

Windows updates took forever.  Well over an hour before we said "eff it" and went to bed.  It was done in the morning.

 

You may need to leave it for a long while.
