Rtx 3060 (Laptop 130W gpu) runs bad, low fps

This benchmark says my new laptop is not that good at all, even though it is brand new with a 3060 130W, ryzen 7 5800U and 16 gigs of 3200 ram...

 

in games like league i get like 60 fps avarage, why is that!

Because userbenchmark is shit and results of it are as useful as used toilet paper. Use something like 3dmark to compare your scores to others.
