Only Rocket League causes huge lag spikes and freezing entire computer (Discord voice as well)

When playing rocket league, the game will sometimes freeze and show as a huge lag spike (flashing red triangle). This normally happens after a goal is scored but also sometimes randomly in the middle of the game. This will cause my screen to freeze on a single frame and I cannot tab out of the game during this time. It can last between 2-20s and also causes discord to stop working at the same time. The issue normally resolves itself after a short while but sometimes lasts long enough to cause a connection timeout. This does not happen with any other game.

I would be very grateful for any suggestions.

What are your Computers specs?
Also what diagnostic have you already tried? ^{(We can't watch all those video's just to help you )}
(Like check CPU/GPU usage, then also their tempratures etc.)

I'm playing on a 3070, 5800x

It happens to me as well. It freezes for like 3 seconds, then comes back and runs normally, but discord stays bugged, works, but when I access the app its just a black screen, cant do anything else except close it from task bar. Im running a i5 4440 with a 1070, graphs are okay, ram is okay.
