You can, but it's not gonna be easy. A hot air rework station would almost be a necessity for this to be done right.

Those are 16uf SMD caps. Its possible they're just filter caps and the board will work without them.

 

As for replacing them, it depends whether you lifted any pads when you pulled them off but generally, replacing SMD components at home is not easy, it requires hot air, lots of patience and skill/experience.

Yeah you broke 2 capacitators but you can solder them back on

These are SMD electrolytic capacitors.

It looks like the pads on the PCB are intact, but it's difficult to say because of the quality of the photo.

 

It's possible to solder these in place using an iron, but with the small legs they have it will be quite difficult.

Keep in mind these components are polarized, they have to be installed a certain way.

My grapichis in games are bad since I broke these 2 capacitors,is it because of them ?

I'd be surprised if they were immediately relevant to graphics performance; they look to be part of the audio path.
