Budget build for my little cousin. Reviewal and suggestions appreciated.

n4zr0dc4p

Budget: ARS 100,000.00 / USD 1,048.22

Country: Argentina

Purpose: 720p gaming at minimum settings on one monitor. Above 30 FPS for virtually any game. Above 60 FPS for virtually any esport. No peripherals for this discussion. Ethernet connection. No overclocking unless it'd make a significant difference.

Other: The currency conversions are very rough estimates by Google. I will list the lowest pricetags for each of the components for increased clarity. Every part will be bought new since the used market is rather unreliable around here. My cousin is around 10 years old and his working-class parents will pay for about 60% of this. A good monthly wage here is about ARS 110,000.00 / USD 1,153.23 for further reference. I want to make sure I'm spending their money properly. Please treat me like a complete newbie to PC building and hardware. Thank you kindly and have a great day!

Use the stock cpu cooler. It will do the job.

DDR4-2666 is fine for this build. Memory pricing is dependant on volume so find the most inexpensive 2x8GB kit DDR4-2666 or faster, CL18 or lower.

A larger ssd would be good. You might find a 500GB or even 1TB drive for the price of the ssd and hdd. It doesn't have to have great performance, any ssd will be better than an hdd.

A 450W 80+ Bronze would likely be fine. Any model in tiers A - C would be good. Tier D only if necessary.

Did you give any thought to using a Ryzen APU? While one would give up some gpu performance there would be a significant cost savings. AMD is going to be introducing 5000 series APU in August. Some details have been released already.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
