VGA error light after moving around PC, no signal but still boots

Asez23

I was moving my PC around to my new desk, and after i set it down, i tried to turn it on but the VGA error light on my motherboard turned on and i got no signal. The PC booted though, because my keyboard and mouse are on and the RGB went to the profile i had set in Asus Armoury crate. I have tried reseating GPU and RAM, checking that all display and power cables are secure, and clearing CMOS. What else can I do to fix this? I don't have another GPU to test...

specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x

GPU: Sapphire R9 285

Mobo: Asus TUF X570-Plus Gaming

RAM: 2x8gb Crucial Ballistix DDR4 3600

PSU: Corsair CX 750M
