Can my friend import bookmarks and passwords from avast safezone browser into firefox?

So my friend upgraded to the clearly better firefox after a few years and now he wants his stuff over there

I'm just speaking from experience so what I say may not work 100%

If they can export them,
then they can be imported. Firefox uses HTML for bookmarks. Passwords is harder, but should be possible still.
