Which phone should buy under 30K for smooth and responsive performance for 3 years

30k what? Do you care about anything other than the phone being smooth and responsive?

30K in my country you can buy a whole box full of the latest and greatest.
Please specify country and general use.

The more info you give the better the result is.

Also are you able to replace the battery or do you know howto maintain it so that lasts the 3 years?
Are you planning on a case/screenprotector?

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!
(The more info you give the easier it is for others to help you out!)

Not willing to capitulate to the ignorance of the masses!

If long-term performance is your goal you should probably grab an iPhone since they are supported with software updates longer and their apps tend to be more optimized. If you want android my understanding is you want as much ram as possible.
