I mean this is the 1st time I encounter this problem... I chose the 1st option then it stopped installing.

I am on the main account of this laptop. The main user name is the one that's above. The Chinese characters. 

Why does this happen and how could I fix it?? 

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.

Before you make a thread with a software releated issue, why not fiddle around to see if you can fix it yourself?
