Help, Fitting Graphics and Wifi Adapter

Got an MSI B450M-A Pro Max Motherboard its a micro ATX that doesn't come with wifi. Will a graphics card and a PCLE adapter fit at the same time and if it doesn't what do i do about wifi connection??

Are USB much worse than a pcie adapter? the pc wont be set up very close to a router.

The one previously linked probably won't be great, but there are lots of USB Wi-Fi adapters that are very decent in terms of range.

Ive used there products in the past, and this is actually a better version of the ones ive previously used, there supprisingly pretty well made no packet loss, very low ping whats not to like about it, i live in a typical UK council house and the range is fine
