Speakers, laptop, n.I controller z1

I have Mackie Mr524 active speakers. Mackie MR524. I am wanting to use them for

 

 

  • Listening to music from laptop
  • Listening to music from tablet 

 

I have a Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol Z1 which I would like to use as standalone sound card as well as possible mixer within dj2 software.

What cables do this? 

 

I am not looking to record live instruments but would a USB sound card be needed?
