I don't know how you would achieve that.

 

But the best workaround I can think about is to get Voicemeeter and have two web browsers and then set each browser to use different audio channel for each web browser in Voicemeeter.

 

You will have to check some tutorials on how to set up Voicemeeter as it can be tricky first time around.
