Mic Volume Keeps Going Up Automatically (Windows 10)

hello, so i am setting up my new mic, after some setting up the mic is too loud so i tried to turn the volume down, but every time i talk the volume keeps going up itself, this is annoying.
i want to livestream so if you guys know how to fix this please reply this topic.

We need information. What type of mic do you have and how are you connecting up it?
