I made lots of mistakes PLEASE HELP

Ok so I am booting up my computer for the first time and it went to BIOS. Asus TUF X-570Plus (wifi). Specs ryzen 5 5600x.  2x 8GB corsair vengance rgb pro ram. NVME ssd 1tb. and 1050ti because it is old i was planning on getting 3080 but yk. I boot it up and in bios I ez flash and wait. It loads all the way then the screen turns black. dumb me unplugs the flash drive. It is stuck on a black screen so I tried taking out ram and putting back in but i forgot to turn off the system. now it is stuck with the ram not lighting up and nothing doing anything. WHAT DO I DO PLEASE HELP!!! EDIT: I did something now the ram lights up and stuff

 

what does this mean to

Hi try to clear the CMOS and see if that helps check your motherboards instruccions to see how to clear it

Boot and VGA lights up, meaning that you posted in bios. Make sure your monitor is on and plugged into your gpu.

Are you sure that the monitor is working? Because the lights on the mobo mean that  you have posted in bios

try to reset CMOS. you can google how. there are couple methods to do so

What is a conducter to use?

A dude said to use a screwdriver with magnet and i tried but didn't work

 

I tried 2 times with a metal screwdriver and there is still no signal on my monitor. 

The boot indicator light is green and VGA is white but no display.

What is a conducter to use?

A dude said to use a screwdriver with magnet and i tried but didn't work

 

I tried 2 times with a metal screwdriver and there is still no signal on my monitor. 

The boot indicator light is green and VGA is white but no display.

 

SPECS

 Asus TUF X-570Plus (wifi). Specs ryzen 5 5600x.  2x 8GB corsair vengance rgb pro ram. NVME ssd 1tb. and 1050ti because it is old i was planning on getting 3080 but yk

dude. just find a video. we can't explain more than others already have over 3 threads. 

 

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

I EZ flashed bios and now there is no video. What do I do? Why is this happening? PLEASE HELP

 

CMOS CLEAR. idk why people say to do this but people have told me to clear CMOS. I need help.

 

Asus's site says:

To erase the RTC RAM :

a. Turn off the computer and unplug the power cord.

b. Make two jumper caps short-circuit with a metal conductor. Keep the conductor connected to the jumper caps for about  5-10 seconds,
c. Plug-in the power cord and turn ON the computer.
d. Hold down the <Del> key during the boot process and enter BIOS setup to re-enter data.\

i understand you're in freakout mode. but at this point you're getting too worked up, and need to take a break. 
wake up in the morning, watch some videos about it. try again. 
clear cmos, reflash the bios if you can get video.
