Aliens is between quotes because it depends on your definition of an alien.

Any unidentified flying object = a UFO it's not exclusive to sci-fi aliens.  Are aliens real?   We don't know when it comes to extraterrestirals, but we do know that the movie exists and that people from another country exist.

Ha Ha. Wouldn't ETs be by definition be Illegal Aliens? After all they enter any Nation-State with an Issued Visa and Passport via Port of Entry.

And how would they view Humans? Food, Host for hatching eggs, Slaves, or simply Vermin? Mixture of all Four? To Hunt for Meat and Trophies.

The drake equation suggests life exists outside of earth somewhere.

As for aliens visiting Earth, well its funny that since everyone started carrying a HD camera in their pockets, UFO, Big Foot & Loch Ness monster sightings have all dropped off a cliff.

Anal probings are still up but those might be from non alien sources.

UFO's ..yes .. by definition.

UFO as in being Aliens flying saucers etc, no. Logical argument being:any advanced enough civilization would know better than to

A) come here in the 1st place,

B) get caught doing it by getting so close if they did come

C) keep returning

Aliens as in any type of Alien life. Yes by likely hood. With some moderate understanding of the Universe a person will come to the logical conclusion on that. Thinking otherwise is illogical, arrogant, and ignorant.

the National Academy of Sciences finds that roughly 1 in 5 stars, like our own sun, have an Earth-like planet orbiting around it. That's about 40 billion planets that could support life in the Milky Way galaxy

From a purely scientific POV, there's much more to learn from a vagina than from an anus. Vaginas are used for birthing young, anuses are used for defecating.

Yes, UFOs exist. There have been many records of flying objects that have not been identified.

Aliens most likely exist too, yes. Based on how many habitable planets scientists have found, and how huge the universe is, it is more likely that other beings exist than they don't.

I saw a UFO up close twice when I was a kid. This was when I used to live in Seattle. Bunch of weird things happened there in the mid 90s. I never saw them ever again after moving away from Seattle but that sight left an indelible mark on my preconception about extraterrestrials. These glowing lights just hovered above my neighborhood like Christmas lights. Everyone in my neighborhood saw it. It was on the local news the next morning. The news reported that it was a weather balloon and that it malfunctioned or popped; or something of that nature. But in the same month, another one appeared. The news again claimed that it was a weather balloon. They both happened around 7~9pm. It was fairly dark. I don't think these were childhood fantasies because I was in my early teens.

Are UFO and Alien's Real ?

If you want some proficient reading on this subject, I suggest you look up and read The Fermi Paradox. Enrico Fermi's theory is well known as he makes several points of interesting argument on the subject. A few links for you.

https://www.amazon.com/Universe-Teeming-Aliens-WHERE-EVERYBODY-ebook/dp/B00XVTG1NC/ref=sr_1_2?crid=3DHPG3O3T43XZ&dchild=1&keywords=fermi+paradox&qid=1621795484&sprefix=fermi+pa%2Caps%2C211&sr=8-2

As for a direct answer to your question, there is not a definitive answer, yet1. Currently there is no widely known evidence to show that Aliens exist but the same goes for whether they don't. For now, we must go off the theory that Alien life does exist as mathematically and scientifically or plain common sense and simple deduction tells us from what we know that Alien life outside Earth is quite possible.

1. Ignoring any conspiratorial evidence or other wild stories of claimed proof.

Edit: I forgot to add.

UFO: Unidentified Flying Object doesn't automatically equate to Aliens. This is a commonly term used throughout aeronautics to describe unknown objects in the air. It is only recently, since 1950's, that UFO's have become synonymous with alien life.

Mind you, incidents like that are also a reminder that the truth is often more boring than we'd like it to be.

We like to think that these are signs aliens are visiting us because that makes us feel special, or like we're part of a countercultural narrative. But the truth is that these likely are just weather balloons or other ordinary phenomena. Aliens that could travel interstellar distances wouldn't avoid contact but still be clumsy enough to let a neighbourhood clearly see their vehicles for hours at a time.

As far as the Alien question goes its hard to say. I believe they are real. As too many people have reported seeing them. Not to mention some of these people were like Military pilots and NASA astronauts. I even read a story once that suggested Neal Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were followed by something on the moon. There is too much about the universe we just dont know. Supposedly President Bill Clinton did try to find the Alien files and said he didnt find anything. Though considering legally the CIA can keep info from even the president its hard to say if he even had any access to that info.

UFO's are real. Hell in the 1980's the US Air Force was testing the B2 bomber and the F117 stealth fighter. Those were considered UFO's until the government acknowledged their existence. We will probably never know what actually crashed a Roswell or if the US ARMY actually shot something down during the battle of Los Angeles.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Guess my original response got deleted, but you're both using assumptions and probabilities over facts.  Why?  Sensationalism and fear of life not being out there.  You can believe all you want, but it is far more foolish to rely on belief and probabilities than facts.  Potentially, there "might" be yet we factually dont know.  It's also possible there isn't life out there.  Again, we don't know.

Because then we would be a statistical anomaly.

0.0000000000000000000000001% chance that we're the ONLY planet with life?

Given the mathematics, it would be LESS sensationalist to believe that something else is out there, than us being the only life in the vastness of the observable universe.

We're still finding new life that we have never seen before on our own planet (in the Mariana Trench).

EDIT

Infact, heres an experiment you can do. You have an infinite amount of time to flip a coin 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000  times and tell me when you are able to have every single flip land on 1 side.

That is why I believe there is life out there. Because the chances that there ISN'T is MUCH MUCH MUCH smaller by a huge order of magnitude, than the chances that there is

And loads that aren't. It's possible life can exist beyond what we know. Wasn't too long ago we thought life couldn't exist on the seafloor in Antarctica, or the Marianas Trench.

Billions of galaxies and billions of star system per galaxy.

One would be ignorant to say that there is no other life system out there besides earth.

I don't think they have vehicles that "fly" them across the universe.  I think they have something in the likes of interdimensional travel.  Like bending light or some shit like that.

We know that a sun is required for life to survive.

We know that there are billions of suns in a galaxy.

We know that there are billions of galaxies.

Statistically speaking, it is highly possible that there is life in other solar systems.
