To access my router I have go to 192.168.0.1

what is changed it to 10.0.0.1

what benefits will I see ?

and my router I can choose any custom DNS is that a problem

No difference at all. Both 10.0.0.1. and 192.168.0.1 are reserved for LAN networking as part of private ip's for administration, same as others from this list

Switched from Linux to BSD and don't want to go back. Vaccinated (Sputnik V) since February. If you happen to have a Zotac GT 610 PCI, contact me, I might buy it.

Obviously the 10.0.0.0/8 private networks contains a way bigger number of addresses - as shown in the chart. But I don't think that's relevant for a private household😅
