Depends on what you want. Do you want mechanical or membrane, backlighting or none?

I know this isn't what you asked for but I really wouldn't recommend a wireless keyboard. If you don't completly hate cables it isn't worth it because yeah pay more and get less. But if you want one anyways you can just use such a wireless thingy where you plug both cables in and then it is some sort of wireless.

There's corsair k63 wireless, though... I've seen keycap issues on it so I'm not sure if I recommend buying it unless you're forking out for custom keycaps

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Backlighting, mechanical. Don't care too much about what switches

I kinda want to get the amount of wires visible in my setup down, one of the reasons i want to upgrade my keyboard. and I also want to upgrade from membrane

Backlit, mechanical wireless keyboards are few and far between. All the ones I've seen have some serious trade-offs or are ridiculously priced. I get the fewer wires, I've gone wireless mouse's and headset but no matter how much I looked could not find a solid wireless keyboard. If you really hate wires my suggestion would be to buy a nice mechanical keyboard with a detachable usb cable, then buy a right angled (but facing down) usb cable and then drill a hole though your desk and get some cable hooks to hide it under your desk.

Velocifire has wireless keyboards that have backlighting and mechanical switches. I use a Velocifire VM02WS (which is their full-sized model) and its been great. When I game I will still plug it in, but most of the time I use in in wireless mode (which is 2.4GHz, not Bluetooth). Velocifire has the TKL02WS that you might want to check out...
