Is the Ducky One 2 TKL white keyboard with silver speed switches worth my 100$?

Hi, I'm new to the mechanical keyboard scene and my first keyboard (the thing I'm using type right now is a HP gk200s with blue switches)

It is now starting to kind of, become... I just wanna upgrade, so I was looking around my local malls and shops, and one that caught my attention was the one I said in my title, not hot swappable, the other switches came with a black casing, but I wanted a white TKL, and silver speeds was the only switch that came with a white case, any advice would be appreciated! (also I wouldn't mind a non standard TKL, as long as a I have dedicated arrow keys and F1 F2 F3 keys, budget of $100-110, (kind of strictly, because I don't have a way of earning money)
