ASUS PRIME B450M-K II with ryzen 3 1200  Can I oc this cpu on this motherboard ?

Probably by 100 or 200 MHz.

Yes, make sure you're using a downdraft cooler (i.e. fan blows downwards towards the motherboard) because the motherboard needs quite some airflow for cooling too.

100 or 200MHz is something, at least. It adds another ~.1 or ~.2 MHz. I've never oc'd before, hope it goes to plan. Also, welcome to the forums!

Yes, entirely possible since all "Proper" (R3,5,7 and 9) Ryzens are unlocked.
However what you get cannot be guaranteed by any means, you'll just have to try it and see what you get.
