How do I delete application which's files I already have deleted?

When trying to delete from Appwiz.cpl it says image.png.26350a6235d22370abf9a37a191404f8.png And it says that it doesn't have size. image.png.887bb0b5bbe3b70a98cbb1222a0a1572.png

I need to delete this because I can't reinstall it because it says I already have it.:!!??

It's just spamming me with this image.png.ee926de96174df9511b55f4674bd9410.pngmessage, so how do I delete it?

If anyone has any tips, they would be very benefitial for me. Thanks in advance.
