Hey all,

I am building a PC in the Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic case and have noticed that the stiff and rather large front panel USB 3.0 connector is preventing me from installing Corsair LL120 (intake) fans as seen on the picture below:

Does anyone have a solution or know where to buy a softer SMALLER USB 3.0 front panel extension cable in EUROPE?

I sincerely thank you all in advance 🙂

Either bend the cable a bit and route it over the fan like others have pointed our already,

or get a low profile extension cable:

Top end (on the picture above) goes into mobo, much les bulky than the standard cable.

Yes. Route the cable differently

Just route the cable over the fan. It won't impact cooling.

Dont route the cable around the motherboard; go around as I demonstrated. you'll still bend the plug upwards a bit but it will be fine

I sincerely thank @TVwazhere, @BondiBlue, @Ankh Tech & @LpoolTech for your advice - I agree, it could work, but I personally wouldn't find it aesthetically pleasing.

I have decided to try @Biohazard777's solution, as I am in no rush at the moment and will continue later this week or next week, depending on how much time I have.

Here's how it's going so far (in case anyone is interested):
