Unable to control Crucial Ballistix DDR4 RAM RGB

Hi, I recently put together my first PC, and I can't seem to find a way to control my RAM's RGB.

I installed windows normally, updated it, installed the radeon software to update drivers, everything was going smooth.

Then I installed Dragon Center and noticed I could control my motherboard's and my case's RGB normally, but my ram was struck in a rainbow puke puling mode. After uninstalling DC I tried Crucial's M.O.D. software and it wouldn't even start. Then I uninstalled it and downloaded Aura Sync, because I read some people managed to fix the problem with Aura. Once the installation process finished the ram started flickering like crazy and i rushed to uninstall Aura.

The sticks are now stuck on static mode with different gradient of colours and I don't know how to control them. I have already formatted my drive and reinstalled windows twice to make sure there was no software conflict.

Can anyone help me?

I just built a system with a gigabyte and msi board. Neither supported the crucial ballistix ram through their RGB apps.

I installed Asus armory crate and was able to control the ram that way.

It doesn't sync up perfectly, but still looks a lot better than no sync at all.

Thank you, but as I said, the ram started flickering when I installed Aura.

I don't know if there was conflict with a part of another program that didn't uninstall completely, but I don't know if I'm willing to risk it.

Is there a chance of damaging the rgb?

I managed to install armory crate without the flickering (no msi software installed). The lighting pattern changed, but it says there are no compatible devices connected, so I can't change it.

Also, without the msi software, I can't configure the other parts.

I don't recall any flickering with my ram when installing armory crate.

I'm running the motherboard software to control RGB on the mobo and case fans, and then armory crate for the ram.

Is this mobo from msi?

I've recently put together two machines.

One has an MSI motherboard and the other is gigabyte.

Both have the crucial ballistix RGB and both of them are working with armory crate.
