An awfully expensive case and cpu cooler.

Are you looking at a 2x8GB memory kit or just 1x8GB?

What parts do you currently own?

Budget?

Country?

What parts do you currently own? None, Im thinking

Budget? I mean near 50-60

Country? Egypt

It looks like the MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Edge has some good reviews

That is not enough for a board that isn't bottom of the barrel garbage.

The case you are getting is a very expensive case that has bad airflow and really is NOT a good case for that huge amount of money at all. It really sucks.

The cooler you are getting is beyond overkill and expensive a simple 30$ hyper 212 is already overkill for the 10400f.

Change those parts for something cheaper and you will be able to buy a decent board. Something like a b560 steel legend or something good budget board that will do everything you need.

Totally overkill and not needed for op as they cannot even overclock their cpu.

I couldn't imagine why you would spend more money on an AIO than your motherboard.

Well it's either get something stupid for the memes and get a overpriced crappy case and well not get a motherboard at all (or at best a board that is such a potato it underclocks the 10400f because it can't handle it and dies soon after).

Or be sensible and get a normal cooler and a good mesh front case. Then also get a good board.

You can still have the for the memes cooler if you just step down to something like a 60$ phanteks p300 mesh.

Ok so then you'll have to drop the case down to something else as I cannot in good faith recommend you a board for your 10400f that isn't sketch as all hell. Also the cheap boards literally do not have enough fan headers for your fans.

So you will have to drop either of the things down. Otherwise I cannot help you.

You end up with an even worse case in terms of airflow.

Your list needs a complete overhaul. The value for money is atrocious and the case is bad.

Just find the cheapest ATX H510, B560, or H570 motherboard. Don't get an mATX board, it will look out of place in an H510i or H710i case.

Patience.

As for a board you could do:

Msi b460 tomahawk

Asrock steel legend (b460/h470/h570)

Asus prime b560

These should be in budget and are good boards for your i5.

I still keep my standpoint here and with just some simple redistribution of budget by better component picks a i7 would EASILY fit in your budget. You also have @Downkey here and they are really good at making very nice and balanced systems catered to your needs with a performance focus first and a good aesthetic consistency as a bonus.

Your components will mind airflow.
