is HP GK200 worth it??

Planning to dive into the mechanical keyboards world but as a broke 16 years old I don't have lots of money, found this HP GK200 on sale for IDR 280.000 (USD $19) from IDR 700000 (USD $49), or does anyone have any recommendation in the $15-$20 range?
