Best and stable RAM oc settings

Hi, i want to overclock my ram... i have HyperX Fury 2x8gb 3200mhz but its running at 2400mhz, i want to ask for stable oc settings since with XMP it doesnt boot.

Also want to ask if i can break something with overclocking my RAM

mobo: MSI x470 gaming plus

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x

GPU: EVGA rtx 2060

600 watt PSU

RAM: Kingstone HyperX Fury 2x8gb 3200mhz
