Should I get B450 or B550 motherboard for Ryzen 7 3700X?

Hello. I would like to know if I am missing on anything important if I buy B450 mobo instead if B550 one. Thank you.

Some b450 MOBO's will need a bios update prior to using 3rd gen ryzen cpu's

(In 2021 most are updated but its always a possibility unless the listing specifies its updated)

I'm not super knowledgeable in the major differences between 450 and 550, other than 550 having PCIe Gen 4 Vs. Gen 3 on 450, and some extra memory speed support, but I can say from experience that my system seems to run quite well. (I'm running a 3700X on an ASRock B450 board with an RTX 3060 and really don't have any significant complaints)
