Windows pc blackscreen after logging in then returns me to login screen

So i have had this pc for a year now and my pc began clossing random apps so i did a scannow in admin commandprompt and it did not work but now when i try to login it just gives a blank screen then returns me to the login screen again

Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600

motherboard: Msi b450 mortar max

Ram: 4x 8gb corsair vengence rgb pro 3200mhz

Gpu: Asus rog rtx 2060 oc 6gb

Cpu cooler: The one that came with the cpu

Case: Kolink obervatory rgb

Non of my parts are refurbished

os: Windows 10 home
