Macbook pro m1 making weird clicking noise

Yesterday out of no where my MBP just wouldn't stop clicking and I don't think anything was stuck because I restarted it and it went away maybe it was just glitched out or something but what bothers me even more is the clicking noise it makes I dont know if it's normal or not.

Sounds like the fan might be hitting something. You should open it and check if there is anything stuck inside the fan.

That's just me clicking the trackpad background noise are my windows being open
