Can't figure out how to open ports

Typically on those types of routers, you put the IP of the server, so 192.168.1.x, "x" being whatever your servers IP is. Set that for both source and destination.

 

Then you need to know what port you need to open. Whatever port the game server needs.... you put as the start and end port. And if the server needs UDP or TCP, or both.

I want to open ports on my router so that I can connect to my server from the outside world.

First I need to choose connection type and I don't know what to choose:

Then it opens a window with IP configuration. But I am not sure what should I fill here

Connect to what server for what purpose? Opening ports unless the service behind the port is made to be exposed to the internet, will be a bad time.
