Computer shuts down mid turning it on

so the guy who built me this computer says its the ram and says because Ryzen is picky with ram but I'm curious on a second opinion. I had this computer Built it has a Ryzen 5 5600X G skill 3600mhz ram a 2060 and a B550-f ASUS motherboard so its happened 3 times now were ill go to turn on my computer and as its booting up it will just turn off ill go to turn it on again and it works perfectly fine. Has this happened to anyone else? or does anyone have any solution or an idea?

Probably this or a bad PSU. But G.Skill often works fine so it's probably the PSU.

Hmmmm it is a evga 650 gold it’s brand new so maybe I’ll give that a shot
